The circulating air distribution gas furnace is a new type of combustion equipment developed by our company, with the following technical performance and characteristics:

1、 Wide range of fuel applications: liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, generator gas, blast furnace gas, mixed gas and other types of gas.
2. The selection of burners is flexible, with hot air temperature as the target, continuously and automatically completing fuel and air volume adjustment, automatic blowing, program ignition, and can also be equipped with simple burners, which are economical and applicable.
3. This product has a simple structure, flexible layout, and small size. The refractory lining is built on site, with a short construction period and a simple equipment foundation. The hot air stove is equipped with a lifting beam, which can be moved for use.
4. The heating is stable and the heating capacity is highly adjustable. The flue gas pipeline is equipped with a supplementary air valve, and the heating air temperature can be adjusted. The secondary air enters the burner through the spiral channel of the interlayer inside and outside the furnace shell, which has a certain cooling effect on the furnace body, can improve the service life of the furnace lining, reduce heat loss, and make the combustion of low calorific value gas more stable.
5. Hot air is supplied with negative pressure flow, and an adjustable inner loop valve is used for air supply. There is very little combustible coal gas left in the furnace, ensuring safe ignition and reliable operation.
6. Thermal and power control has two methods for users to choose from: remote control, on-site intervention and on-site control, and central control display. It can well meet the needs of various working conditions and is widely used in industries such as cement chemical and metallurgy for drying, roasting, smelting, etc.
